Let’s Set Those Goals…

Last year I crushed my goal of over 1000 miles for the season. That was a huge leap for me and decided to push my mileage in 2017 to 1200 as my next goal.

What I love about setting cycling goals is knowing I have to complete them every week. It makes me accountable. I am riding 50 miles a week between now and the end of the year to get these goals CRUSHED. Not only does it feel amazing to complete them but I am also getting in the exercise that I need weekly. I come back feeling I can just conquer the day!
